Terms and Conditions
 
Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let it be known at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.
 

• Deposit Policy: Deposits are non-refundable unless the cancellation is initiated by us. Be sure before you book an appointment! because the deposit will not be refunded.
 • No-Show/Late Cancellation Policy
 

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically canceled.
In the case of a no-show or cancellation due to late arrival, 50% of the full service charge will be billed. This amount must be paid before you can rebook, and future appointments will not be accepted until the balance is settled.
 • Respect and Conduct: We kindly request that all clients treat the hairstylist with respect. Any inappropriate behavior may result in immediate cancellation of your appointment.
 • Service Changes: If you wish to change your hairstyle selection, please notify us in advance so we can accommodate your request if possible.
 
 

Payment: We accept cash and online payment. Payment is due at the time of service.
