Terms and Conditions

 

Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let it be known at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.

 

• Deposit Policy: Deposits are non-refundable unless the cancellation is initiated by us. If an appointment is canceled because an incorrect service was booked, the deposit will not be refunded.

 • No-Show/Late Cancellation Policy: If your appointment is canceled due to a no-show or lateness exceeding 30minutes, 50% of the full service charge will be billed. This payment must be settled before you can rebook, and future bookings will not be allowed until it is paid.

 • Respect and Conduct: We kindly request that all clients treat our staff with respect. Any inappropriate behavior may result in immediate cancellation of your appointment.

 • Service Changes: If you wish to change your hairstyle selection, please notify us in advance so we can accommodate your request if possible.

 

 

Payment: We accept cash and online payment. Payment is due at the time of service.

 

Feedback: We value your feedback. If you have any concerns or suggestions, please let us know. We want to make your experience as pleasant as possible.
